| How do I make what were called Custom Duplicate events in CalendarMaker 4? |

| Random repeating events, those without a discernible pattern, were called Custom
Duplicate events in CalendarMaker 4. This type of repeating event is not supported
in CalendarMaker 5. The only method of making these events in CalendarMaker 5 is
to make the first event, then copy the event (not just the event text) and paste
it on those days where it is to occur. The disadvantage of this new method is twofold.
First, you need to switch to each month where the event is to occur. Second, and
more important, if you wish to make a change, you must use the search feature in
the toolbar and then change each event individually. The addition of a random repeating
events is being considered for a future version. |
